Dr. Mohanaad Talal Shakir is an esteemed assistant professor at the University of Buraimi in Oman and a seasoned expert in computer science. His academic journey commenced with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Almamoon University College in Baghdad, Iraq. Building on this foundation, he pursued specialized studies, earning a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Security from the University of Information and Communication Technology, Iraq. Dr. Shakir's quest for knowledge led him to Malaysia, where he earned his Master's and Ph.D. in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) from University of Tenaga National (UNITEN) in Putrajaya. His scholarly pursuits have been instrumental in broadening his expertise across various domains, notably cipher security, management information systems, computer-aided learning, and cloud computing security. Dr. Shakir is deeply immersed in cutting-edge research, mainly focusing on developing an intelligent authentication method and a management information system (MIS).
